Fees

I do not charge a fee for an initial consultation. The initial consultation usually, but not always, takes place by email, telephone, or Zoom. Where a client requires me to review documents, e.g. a severance package, I may charge a nominal fee.

In almost all cases, if litigation becomes necessary I charge a contingency fee; that is, my fee is contingent upon the successful outcome of your case. This simply means that I do not charge for the time spent litigating the case unless we are successful in receiving a monetary award or settlement.

In those situations where I advise clients on matters that do not involve litigation I charge a highly competitive rate.
