My law practice involves federal litigation in the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, Northern District of New York, Western District of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.  In addition, I litigate in all New York State courts.  My diverse practice enables me to appear before numerous investigative bodies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), the New York State Division of Human Rights ("NYSDHR"), the New York City Commission on Human Rights ("NYCCHR"), and the New York State Department of Labor ("NYSDOL"), among others.
